Shipping policy

 

GENERAL

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00pm. We may use the following carriers: FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS. We currently ship to the U.S., and Canada. We start processing the shipment of orders after we processed the payment.

Shipping varies according to weight and dimensions.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm.

All orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday. 

Friday - Overnight orders placed on Friday must be done before 3PM EST. Friday Overnight deliveries will arrive Monday unless special Saturday delivery Overnight option is checked. 

Saturday and Sunday - Orders will be shipped on the next business day (Holidays may delay shipping).

 

SALES TAXES

Taxes are not included in the product price. Taxes will be visible in the checkout view.

 

SHIPPING

Depending upon the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive varies. A tracking number will be provided to the customer and should appear in the order status after the order has shipped.

The rate charge for the shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the final shipping cost.

We provide free shipping on orders over $250 before tax only applies to destinations in Canada that are accessible by ground routes. Certain restrictions apply on overweight and oversized items.

 

TRACKING

A tracking number will be provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email, phone call or e-commerce platform used.

Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for replacement orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage and/or other fees depending on the importing country's laws. The recipient of the package is responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage incurred.

 

OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent certain products from being shipped to all locations. The customer will be notified if an item they have purchased may not be shipped to their location. Knowledge about local regulations/restrictions on the importation of items is the responsibility of the customer.

Locksupplier does not assume liability for products withheld by customs or for any other fees/taxes/expenses incurred during the importation of purchased products.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Once an order is received, the order fulfillment process cannot be interrupted to make any modifications such as adding, changing, or canceling.

To avoid placing a duplicate order, please DO NOT click “back” on your browser after confirming order.

 

BACKORDERS

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order to you.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All orders need to be paid by the buyer using available payment method before they are processed.

All customer with wholesaler account need to pay within 30 days. A credit card is required. The information will go through a credit check before receiving approval. The account provided will be charged if a payment has not been made after the 30-day period.
